How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Cashmovement Concrete wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Cashmovement Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a contractor we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the contractor directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest, and contractors who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Cashmovement Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a contractor, or act for a contractor.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@cashmovement.bar and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the contractor. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state contractor licensing board may be able to help when the contractor is licensed.
